30-Night Trial

We offer a 30-night trial period from the date of delivery.

If the product is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in clean and hygienic condition

  • Include all original components and accessories

  • Not show excessive damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

For health and safety reasons, heavily soiled or damaged items may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may not be eligible for refunds:

  • Products returned after the 30-day trial period

  • Items with excessive damage caused by misuse

  • Products that are missing significant components
